What is your Return Policy?
Products refused for damage noted at the time of delivery (marked on the bill of lading) will be replaced free of charge along with the freight cost associated with sending the replacement.
Merchandise refused for any other reason requires written return authorization from the manufacturer prior to being returned to our warehouse.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Once and order is issued it is extremely difficult for us to cancel the shipment process and as such we discourage order cancellations. Orders that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to shipment will incur outbound and inbound freight charges.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We ship via common carrier as our cribs and beds are too large to ship by UPS and FEDEX ground shipping.
However, if you wish to ship by UPS and/or FEDEX there will be an extra charge.
