Shipping Information
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!!!
Our damaged rate is extremely low due to the extra care taken in packaging the product prior to shipment.
When freight charges are billed third party, we will assume no responsibility for damages incurred during shipment.  All freight claims must be filed by the third party.  There is an added $50 handling fee for orders shipped using third party.

We will take special care in packing the items to be shipped including a solid hardwood pallet and extra packaging material.
For orders to be shipped by FedEX Ground there is a $30 handling charge added to your order to cover the cost of preparing the product to ship on FedEx including extra packaging when needed.  We will assume no responsibility for freight damage on orders billed third party on FedEx Ground.

Ship Method - Small Parcel: FREE!
Standard Shipping is via FedEx.  The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped.  Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier and it may not be possible to make an appointmeent.  Generally, ground delivery is Monday to Saturday 9am to 8 pm.

A signature is not typically required if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left, if it is safe to do so.  Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address.
If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday.  The item will be left without a siginature on file.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.



RETURNS
In general because  the cost of freight, etc. is prohibitively expensive we  discourage returns.
Products refused for damage noted at the time of delivery and marked on the bill of lading will be replaced free of charge along with the freight costs associated with sending the replacement.
Concealed damage noted after delivery (not marked on the bill of lading) will be replaced free of charge, but the freight costs associated with sending the replacement item will be charged.

Merchandise refused for any other reason requires written return authorization from the manufacturer prior to being returned to our warehouse.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been issued it is extremely difficult for us to cancel the shipment process and as such we discourage order cancellations.

Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to shipment will incur outbound and inbound freight charges.  Returned product will be refunded less freight charges.  We must receive written confirmation of order cancellation from the manufacturer before returning your order.  This will prevent errors from occurring and charges  from being incurred.
Damaged items must be noted at the time of delivery (marked on the bill of lading) will be replaced at no charge including any freight charges.  All handling charges will be included in the freight charges. If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them.  
Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately.
We take extra care in packaging the product prior to shipment so our damage rate is very low.  This includes a solid hardwood pallet, stretch wrap, plastic banding and additional packaging when needed.

Most items are too large to ship UPS of FedEx Ground so we generally ship orders on common carrier.
